Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact Primal Gear within 48 hours of the original purchase date. We will then offer either:


1. A full credit toward any other product we carry of equal or greater value less our shipping cost.
2. A full credit to your account, less shipping cost.

Please adhere to the following when returning merchandise:

1. You must call to obtain a return authorization number. Items shipped back without an RA# will be refused.
2. Product must be in new condition and have all the factory packaging complete with manuals and warranty papers.
3. A 15% restocking fee will apply for all merchandise returned without notifying Primal Gear during the 48 hour grace period.
4. Special Orders: No refunds or exchanges allowed.
5. CD-ROM's, Software, Sound Cards can not be returned or exchanged.
6. Merchandise damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately- within 24 hours upon receipt. We will issue a call tag for the damaged merchandise to be picked up and ship you a replacement.

NOTE: We strongly require you to insure any package shipped back to us to the full invoiced amount. Otherwise we will not be able to accept merchandise damaged by the shipper.


Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment.

Bank Wire: Bank details will be provided upon request. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed. Please phone, fax, or e-mail us a copy of the wire transaction provided by your bank to speed up this process. (This is a very simple process, and our preferred form of payment. Please contact us if you need assistance).

Credit Card: *** NOTE *** We can only ship your order to the address to which the credit card is issued. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, which are the same as your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information will delay the processing of your order. In addition, you will have to sign for your package.




Fed EX: Specify your desired speed of shipment with your Primal Gear, Inc. sales representative.

Damaged Goods: Primal Gear, Inc. is not responsible for damage to equipment during shipment. Before signing for any delivery, examine all items for damage. If any damage is found, make certain the delivering agent notes the damage on the release form before signing. If goods have been damaged, please notify and make a claim immediately with the shipping courier (1-800-GO-FEDEX). Notify us once your claim has been processed and we will help expedite matters in any way possible. Always save the original carton in which products have been shipped.


Taxes: Tennessee residents will be charged 8.25%.



Warranty: All sales are final. No refunds are allowed on any items that have been tampered with or physically altered from original conditions. Please see Return Policies at the top of this page.
