SHIPPING:
Normally, we'll ship by Fed Ex Ground, or UPS ground in the Continental US. All international orders, please specify shipping destination upon order, prices will be quoted per order Shipping on all other orders will priced according to the weight and dimensions of the package. Shipping WILL be added to your order, unless otherwise stated in the item description.


We will NOT ship to third parties, or parties other than the verified card holder. All fraudulent orders are thrown out, and reported to Yahoo shopping and Visa/Mastercard/Discover, plus we report them to the local law enforcement authorities of the jurisdiction of the order.


On orders over 70 lbs, we will ship by ground freight. We ship the same day we receive payment for your order. Please allow 3 -7 days for delivery of all orders


Shipping fee is not refundable.


SALES TAX
Tennesse residents pay sales tax of 8.25% NO sales tax on orders from outside of the state of Tennessee.

On all International orders, purchaser is responsible for ALL fees or duties imposed by your government, if any. Please check with your local government, because, we don't know what they are, each county has it's own policy. If you have speical shippin ginsturctions for your country, please mkae sure you send those instructions withorder. Please read our policy on international orders.

PRIVACY POLICY:
All information gathered by Primal Gear through your order is kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company or individual EVER. The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets delivered to you in the timeliest manner possible. Our shippers now require a telepone number for the delivery addresss. If you need to change anything about your order- where we'll be shipping it to, phone number, etc. please e-mail us. Any general questions will be answered as fast as we can! Thanks.


Returns - Any defective equipment will be replaced in full. 15 day return policy, any non-defective returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the sales price before the 15 day time period. No Returns on Software, Books, Videos, Interfaces, used equipment or Wind blown instruments. No returns on international orders. This policy insures that you are purchasing factory sealed units. We provide custom build and configuration of Windows PC's and Apple Macs. We gaurantee complete 100% compatibility with our custom configurations. We are not responsible for ANY compatibility issues with computer or other equipment that was not purchased from us. All new items carry full manufacturer's warranty.
